I was wondering if you have maybe thought of shipping yourself over in one of the trunks?
Surely you must have someone helping you over there as moving those huge trunks of money
around would be difficult. I'm thinking of the person who was able to stow away in the landing
gear of a commercial flight to Hawaii. I think the key is being able to go into a state of near
hibernation which you would need to do in the trunk. Remember to use the restroom right
before you enter the box. And I guess do not eat beans before being sealed up in there. In this
way you would be away from the base with the money, and also we could be united when you
arrive. Of course I'll give you some time to freshen up. And I won't allow your appearance to
make a first impression on me. So you get a mulligan! But just one - LOL!

possible from the Ministry of External Affairs (Department of Foreign Affairs) India, office.

As you already know, the Non - Inspection Certificate is required to do the clearance of your shipment
here in Delhi, India and forwarded to you. Without a Non - Inspection Certificate your shipment will be
opened for inspection by the customs.
With the availability of this certificate, clearance here in India will be completed and there will be no
further custom check in your country. This is because of the bilateral relationship between India and your
country.
Having this certificate and the diplomatic documents already available, avoids any problem in your
country with customs or any government body.

we are sorry at the moment a picture cannot be provided. Reasons because, trunk boxes has been seized
by Airport Authorities, till the requested Certificate is provided. Trunk boxes is currently kept in a secured
room, without access by anyone. Once we obtain the Certificate and further present to them, we will have

We have tried to reach you on phone, but your telephone number is not connecting. I am pleased to
inform you that we have received approval for the issuance of your Non-Inspection Certificate.
The Non Inspection Certificate Fee is at a cost of: $980
We have with us $500 from the money remitted from the sender, this already has been made as part
payment to the Department of Foreign Affairs Office, to enable them start the process. Unless the balance
is made, before the certificate will be released.
Therefore you are required to immediately send the balance payment of $480 (Four Hundred and Eighty
Dollars). This will enable us to immediately obtain the certificate and the subsequent delivery of your
trunk boxes to you.
The Department of Foreign Affairs Office has advised, the payment be sent through Money Gram

I still have not received the picture of the trunks. As you indicated that this is an urgent matter, I
would have expected to receive the picture by now. I'm wondering what is taking so long?
I would like one of these two things to happen:
Either:
1) Take a picture of the two trunks with yourself in the picture. To ensure
that this is a legitimate picture and not just some random picture
downloaded from the internet, I want you to pose with your hand making
a specific hand sign (see attached picture).
Or:
2) Return the two trunks back to Japan. My business partner and myself
will make different arrangements for their travel.
