HIRING PRACTICES IN ORGANIZATIONS”
The Most Practical Idea
 Join SME
 Getting job in SME is comparatively
easy, all you need to do is to qualify on
merit and you are in. While keeping in
view the size of such businesses, chances
of corruption in hiring are rare. Shortfall for
doing job in SME is that such businesses
pay very less salaries.
The Most Disruptive Idea
 Form an Activist Organization with
likeminded friends and Sue organizations
who are guilty of unfair hiring practices.
 By doing so, organizations involved in
unfair hiring practices will be sued in court
and it will have huge impact nation wide
by enforcing other organizations as well to
hire ethically and fairly.
My Favorite Idea
 Become an Entrepreneur
 What’s better than becoming your own
boss and providing employment
opportunities as a way to pay back to the
community.

  • 4. The Most Practical Idea  Join SME  Getting job in SME is comparatively easy, all you need to do is to qualify on merit and you are in. While keeping in view the size of such businesses, chances of corruption in hiring are rare. Shortfall for doing job in SME is that such businesses pay very less salaries.
  • 5. The Most Disruptive Idea  Form an Activist Organization with likeminded friends and Sue organizations who are guilty of unfair hiring practices.  By doing so, organizations involved in unfair hiring practices will be sued in court and it will have huge impact nation wide by enforcing other organizations as well to hire ethically and fairly.
  • 6. My Favorite Idea  Become an Entrepreneur  What’s better than becoming your own boss and providing employment opportunities as a way to pay back to the community.
