 Ensure that Warehouse Teamistrainedanddevelopedtomeetcurrentandfuture
accountabilities,whilstmaintainingsoundindustrial relationsatall times
 Ensure full compliance of all daytoday warehousinganddistributionoperationswithKC
requirementsasdefinedinrespective commercial andservicelevel agreementsandtargets
and Kimberly-Clark’sCFIandSOXobjectives.
 Ensure fairand justapplication of the Disciplinary/Grievance procedures
 Ensure propermaintenance of all materialshandlingequipmentandwarehouse facilities.
