Research Findings
• Overall Attrition rate in top IT companies is at 16 to 19%, The highest attrition is in the total experience range of 3 -12
years.
• Bangalore and Hyderabad with Talent of 2176 and 1314 respectively are the top 2 cities for SFDC skillset.
• About 80% of the talent mapped are from Service Provider companies. Mentioned in the top ten list of companies.
• Majority of the candidates showed highest level of interest to move to Bangalore.
• We observed that most of the companies have increased the notice period from 2 – 3 months.
• TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Deloitte, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra have a huge number of the quality talent pool available
which can address the hiring requirements.
• Some of the candidates have offers from Top IT services & Pharma based companies.
• Demand for SFDC talent is increasing in Pharma Companies.
• In most of the companies to overcome the hiring challenges, Juniors are hired and trained for the period of 2 – 4 weeks.
• Candidates with 8+ Yrs. of experience are looking out for Team management roles, however, some of the candidates
were open to Individual contributor roles, demanding for higher CTC.
• Majority of the companies are setting up offices in Bangalore location, with dedicated teams working on SFDC

Mentioned in the top ten list of companies. • Majority of the candidates showed highest level of interest to move to Bangalore. • We observed that most of the companies have increased the notice period from 2 – 3 months. • TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Deloitte, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra have a huge number of the quality talent pool available which can address the hiring requirements. • Some of the candidates have offers from Top IT services & Pharma based companies. • Demand for SFDC talent is increasing in Pharma Companies. • In most of the companies to overcome the hiring challenges, Juniors are hired and trained for the period of 2 – 4 weeks. • Candidates with 8+ Yrs. of experience are looking out for Team management roles, however, some of the candidates were open to Individual contributor roles, demanding for higher CTC. • Majority of the companies are setting up offices in Bangalore location, with dedicated teams working on SFDC Development & administration.
