Premier Livermore Valley vineyards are
selected for the Nth Degree program because
of their consistent production of exceptional
fruit. Each vineyard block was “ultra-farmed”;
every vine receives at least fifteen passes by
hand—to pruning, leaf pulling, removing
shoots, and thinning clusters, in an effort to
ensure that the grape clusters remaining at
harvest are of the highest quality. The grapes
were harvested in the early morning into
half ton bins and handpicked, sorted, and
crushed into small stainless steel fermenters.
winem aking
Fermentation took place in upright stainless
steel tanks and was pumped over three
times daily. The wine was aged for 24
months in 75% new French oak barrels.
tasting notes
Dark and concentrated in color, this wine
is full-bodied with lush tannins. Aromas
of ripe plum, mint, cedar, coffee and cocoa
are followed by flavors of black currant,
crushed ripe raspberries, dark chocolate,
and a hint of fig and white pepper.

Serve our White Wine around 55ºf
Serve our Red Wine between 60ºf and 65ºf
Wine held longer than 12 months should be stored in a
temperature controlled, cool, damp place (55ºF / 70-80% humidity).
Bottles should lie on their sides so the cork will not dry out.
