Proposal Management:
Coordinates with internal teams, executives, and teaming partners to perform data calls, capturing and aggregating response
data into usable proposal format.
Collects team writing assignments, verifies quality of provided content, and compiles approved content into master proposal
documents.
Composes and oversees preparation of past performance summaries that address identified requirements and preparation of
staff resumes in accordance with solicitation requirements using available resumes and discussions with perspective
candidates.
Develops proposal content in collaboration with technical staff.
Develops/prepares table and graphic approaches/concepts to reflect administrative, managerial, and technical processes
and data relationships described by subject matter experts.
Communicates with prime contractors on proposal content, capability statements, and past performance.
Ensures compliance with solicitation requirements.
Proposal Submission and Review:
Monitors content for compliance with RFP instructions.
Prepares review team documents and combines reviewer comments in recovery incorporating color-team reviews.
Coordinates with team members in preparing and verifying final documentation.
Coordinates hardcopy production efforts and oversees proposal production and white glove reviews.
Archives and maintains proposal artifacts IAW proposal process.
Participates in capture of Lessons Learned during post-submission performance reviews.
