Sale Near Charlotte NC
This is a good look at all the Charlotte homes for sale that you
can choose from. Charlotte, NC is home to over a million people
and offers plenty of great homes to choose from. The homes for
sale in Charlotte tend to be priced a little higher than those of the
surrounding areas. This is understandable, inasmuch as most of
the job opportunities lie within the bigger city of Charlotte.
Certain sections of Charlotte have a higher level of residential
homes mixed in with nearby businesses. These areas include
2. Ballantyne, Southpark and University City. All three of these
areas you can easily live, work and play in.
For residents living near uptown Charlotte, you should expect to
pay a premium price for your convenience. These
neighborhoods include Myers Park, Eastover, Dilworth, and
Elizabeth. Each one of these communities borders what is
commonly known as center city Charlotte.
As for living right uptown in the midst of it all, you will find
that Charlotte has plenty of new homes offered in the way of
condos and lofts. These are also quite pricey, many of which
offer concierge services, roof top pools, and outdoor fireplaces
along with gyms.
A couple of other local areas to check out would be the nearby
towns of Huntersville, Matthews and Waxhaw. All of these are
located right on the edge of Charlotte NC. They each offer a bit
of a price reduction, most of which you will find in a lower tax
base.
The other thing to take note of is that the home builders in these
neighboring towns were the same ones that built homes all over
Charlotte. The three towns mentioned below, are also all known
for their excellent schools.
We can start with the town on Huntersville. This is one of the
3. top relocation cities in the United States. Like other areas
previously mentioned, you can live, work and play here. This
area has a great deal of shopping, a new hospital, plenty of large
businesses, and is located just a few miles south of Lake
Norman. It is a midsized town with a lot going right for it.
The second town to check out is the town of Matthews. It is
located to the east of Charlotte and is actually located in two
counties. It is a quaint little town, with easy access to industry
and nearby shopping to be found in Charlotte. Homes in
Matthews may be a little older than Huntersville, as the growth
in this area started decades before its counterpart in Huntersville.
There is not a lot of commerce here.
And lastly, Waxhaw, this is just past Ballantyne in South
Charlotte and is known for having great neighborhoods, most
with swim clubs and lots of amenities. It is also known for
having easy access to one of the more upscale sections of
Charlotte. That being said, residents of Waxhaw have small strip
malls to do their shopping in. For major shopping and for
employment, they will have to travel to Charlotte.
Luckily, all three of these towns are well within a thirty minute
drive of Charlotte. So, the choices in houses are really plentiful
here. If you are shopping for Real Estate in Charlotte, make
sure to take a look at some of its bordering communities, you are
sure to be impressed.
