1. “I had so many things to do . . . . . . .
school works, household chores, dealing with my friends and
classmates!
What am I supposed to do to accomplished all of this efficiently

Managing our time is important for us to schedule, plot and analyze our daily activities and
tasks for a day or even a week. We have our own strategy in consuming our time effectively. I
can’t say that all of the recommended habits below seem to directly influence you because as I
said earlier “we have our own way of managing our time” but this might help you to organized
your schedule well.
There are so many blogs, editorials, writings, publications, videos, etc. out in the internet
about managing time but as I read all of them, I could just say that my way quite similar to it but
some other is not. So these are my ways in dealing my daily schedules at school, home and
friends.
1.) Start your day with a PRAYER. A simple prayer will help you to be guided from any
unnecessary circumstances that you will encounter throughout the day so it is important to seek
first the help of Almighty God to perish those problems might happen.
2.) Enlist all things you need to do. Be specific in writing down your list. From the very small
activity up to the huge or broad projects or tasks.
3.) Categorized these things whether it is important or urgent, hard or easy. You will need
to take a judgment for this.
4.)Check your daily or weekly schedule. When can I allot time for this one? In short, organized
and planned your activities.
5.) Site all the possible obstructions while you’re in the process. You should avoid them. For
example, social media, online games, text messages, phone calls, as if those are not necessary,

2. you should control and limit using your phone. Sometimes, you cannot notice that it consumes
your time because you are enjoying using it! Also allot time for traffic, if ever you need to travel.
6.) Do first the hard activities or projects. If you finish doing it, others will follow smoothly.
7.) Follow up the easy one. If ever you finish doing the large task and finish doing the easy one,
you have more time for your hobbies or even leisure. It is important for these busy days that you
still have time for yourself. It is good if you change your mindset to “WORK CAN BE A
PLAY TOO.” Meaning to say, you should also enjoy what you are doing.
8.) Be positive and stay focus. Discipline is also the key to fulfill a certain action. “First things
first.”
9.) Always remember, whether you have a problem that “CHRIST IS THE ANSWER”, so
don’t forget to pray and communicate with the Lord. It is the habit I think quite different from
other blogs, they omit and forget God in their time management. Prior to the topic, always think
that God makes your day. He gives you another day and time for you to be able to manage it. 
