CAMPUS MAIL/PACKAGES
Ricoh provides solutions for both university mail and student
mail. We manage university mail operations at more than
75 higher education institutions across the U.S. Our solution
includes bar-coded parcel management, notifications, high-
density mail, intelligent lockers, university kiosk and retail
solutions for outbound shipping.
CAMPUS PRINT
Ricoh leverages our expertise in designing, implementing and
managing a print infrastructure that addresses all aspects of
the university environment, which includes four unique user
communities: students, faculty, staff and guests. Typically, the
solutions include mobile/cloud printing, quota management,
departmental billing, guest access and central print services,
among others. The key outcomes are enhanced user
experience, increased efficiency and cost containment.
STUDENT RECORDS
Student records retention, management, accessibility
and security are core requirements for higher education
institutions. Through a combination of input and workflow
technology, consulting and implementation that leverage best
practices, Ricoh can provide long-term electronic storage for
day-forward and legacy student records.
BUSINESS WORKFLOWS
Ricoh helps institutions optimize departmental business
workflows, including accounts payable/accounts receivable,
human resources, NCAA compliance, e-Commerce and
punch-outs, travel management and expense processing
(including mobile receipt capture).
EDUCATION ANALYTICS
The Ricoh Education Analytics solution enables instructors
and administrators to design and prepare bubble sheet
optical mark recognition (OMR) tests—and have the
results collected and scored automatically—from any Ricoh
multifunction device. This solution offers a faster, more
affordable way to customize tests, add advanced grading
capabilities and improve productivity.
ADMISSIONS FINANCIAL AID
The steps required to complete admissions and financial
aid requirements can be both paper and labor intensive.
Ricoh leverages a combination of technology and services
specifically designed to address the challenges of the
admissions and financial aid process.
CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY

interactive digital whiteboards, short throw projectors,
