Originally hired as the sole office support for 6 field technicians. Throughout my employment, I assisted with the
continual growth of this plumbing, HVAC-R, pumping, and jetting service company that grew to employ 20 field
technicians, 7 office employees, and a salesperson. Primary responsibilities included:
 Accounts payables (up to $267,000 per month) & receivables ($4.8 Million annual income);
 Vendor & credit management;
 Financials (controller functions, bank & credit card reconciliations, budgeting, asset management & tracking);
 Human resource manager (implemented electronic timesheets, payroll management & processing (average of
$70,000 every two weeks), employee files, new hires & terminations, workers’ compensation insurance,
training, benefits, health insurance, wellness program);
 Information technology (database auditor, created end-user Word & Excel templates, SOPs, data security);
 Office management (lease agreements, supply & equipment ordering, access codes & keys, outside security);
 Service agreements & bid job administrative management; and
 Subcontractors’ administrative management (insurance requirements, 1099 reporting, DOL audits).

Information Systems Specialist / Customer Information System Billing Manager / Webmaster
Originally hired as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Operations Manager, my position grew into the
Information Systems Specialist providing computer software, hardware, and network support to 85 employees and
approximately 160 network devices located at 6 facilities. Primary responsibilities included:
 All aspects of new hire information technology orientation and training;
 On-going employee training (SOPs, Microsoft Office templates, software support and upgrades) and provided
IT help desk support;
 Billing manager and internal auditor of the customer information and billing system;
 Coordinated with engineers to track & report Colorado water rights using Excel; and
 Development and management of the District website.
