which is situated in “Ekbatan Entertainment Complex”, as a jewel in heart of
Ekbatan Township in west of Tehran, Iran. “Neguin Group of companies
(Malaysia)” is the main investor in this complex and CEO, a founder of Neguin
group, is Ramin Ahmadi.
“Neguin Ara Asia” developed its activities and construction and continued by
designing, joint project management and building management. The Joint
Venture is 51%:49% cooperation between Tehran Municipality from Iran and
Neguin Trading Sdn.Bhd form Malaysia. The development of the project is in 3
phases and phase 1 operation was launched in 2011 which marked as Iran’s first
Megamall.

History of Malls
A mall is a property that is formed by one or several interconnected buildings and
collections of retail stores, leisure services, extensive parking and a single
centralized management system.
Although this type of shopping centers look like the twentieth-century ancient
Bazaar’s of Iran, but their native land is from the centers built in U.S after the
World War II.
Going back to the roots of English language the word “Mall” is originally derived
from the word “Pal-Mall” which was a game in Britain during the 17th century.
The word “Pal-Mall” stands for ball and bat came from France and Italian traveled
to Britain.

4. The famous Naghshe-Jahan Square in Isfahan, is a very good example of a real
