1. 1. International Business Park
International Business Park is a high-tech business park managed by JTC Corporation in
Jurong East, Singapore. Established in 1992, the International Business Park is
Singapore's first business park. It comprises a cluster of modern business buildings
catering to knowledge-based activities. Some of the companies located at IBP include
Acer Computer, Creative, Sony, Dell, M1 as well as both the German Centre for Industry
and Trade and the Nordic European Centre, which function as incubators for European
start-up companies.

2. Changi Business Park
The Changi Business Park is a business park located in Changi South, in the eastern part
of Singapore.
Launched in July 1997, the 66-hectare Changi Business Park is JTC Corporation's second
business park following the International Business Park in Jurong East. The Changi
Business Park comprises a mix of high technology business, data and softwareenterprises,
research and development divisions and knowledge intensive facilities.
The Changi Business Park is located near to Changi Airport, the Aviation Distri-Zone and
logistics facilities. This simplifies transportation and logistics arrangements for
businesses leading to significant cost savings.
The business park is also close to Singapore Expo, one of South East Asia’s largest
exhibition centres and easily accessible to the Central Business District by rail via the
Expo MRT Station and by road via the Pan Island Expressway and the East Coast
Parkway.
Within the past year, CBP has expanded greatly, and it now houses -- or is in close
proximity to -- the following businesses (or branches/satellite offices of business), just to
name a few: Changi City Point mall, Park Avenue Hotels & Suites NTUCFairprice
supermarket, Fitness First gym, Cisco, Wang cafe kaya toast & teh C eatery, Mizuno,
IBM, Nestle, Ajisen Ramen,DBS Bank, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, Citibank,
JPMorgan, Subway sandwich restaurant, Just Salad. The Singapore University of
Technology and Design (SUTD) is also located next to CBP.

2. 3. CleanTech Park
CleanTech Park is an eco-business park in Singapore, the first in the nation. Under
development in three phases with a proposed completion year of 2030, the Park's first
multi-tenanted building, CleanTech One, was opened in October 2010.The 50 hectares
(120 acres) site is located adjacent to Nanyang Technological University, which plans an
integration between the sites as part of its own expansion. In addition to focusing on
hosting environmentally friendly industry, the complex is being developed by JTC
Corporation with an eye towards environmentally responsible practices, with "green"
buildings and maintenance of natural terrain.
