A MBA [Marketing and Human Resource ) from University of Madras, with around 16 years of rich
experience in Strategic Planning & Management, Market Research & Analysis, Sales, Marketing and Brand
Management, Launches & Promotions, Channel Management, Key Account Management, facilities
management, BPO (Back Office Operation), Human Resource, Recruitment, Training and Team
Management across various Sectors. Even though I have around 16 years of experience , I am honest in
admitting that I am still learning, for ME “Life is a learning curve with many ups and downs, here quick
learning, adaptation and understanding is a must to succeed , we must customize our management skills
and expertise according to situation and requirement to ensure success and growth of the organization”.
I also learnt –“The recruiting organization is trusting our skills and knowledge with high hopes on us and is
confident that we will do a good job, we must ensure and prove that the trust and hope kept on us is
justified, if we perform badly it not only affects us but the organization , the staff and all stake holders, this
is great sin as our performance is affecting so many people’s lively hood and hence any decision must be
quick, smart and profitable for the organisation , staff and stake holders.
My career path demonstrates my roles and various verticals that I have handled ,in-depth look would
portray my involvement in Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and overall Operations which are
the key for a successful organization.
Life is a ocean and there are various types of ocean and seas with high /low tides but the swimming skills
are the same, similarly, I would have handled different sectors but my work was involved around Sales,
Marketing, Human Resource, Training and Development , Finance and overall Operations and these are
more or less same for most organization, with my strong skills and the will to learn and do well ,I am sure to
succeed to ensure the success of the orginisation, its staff and stakeholders.
I am cricketer and from my cricketing point of view, either it is a T20 match or one day match or Test
Match, one has to have a strong commitment, determination and a passion to succeed, the great Bill Gates
,Ratan Tata, Rajat Gupta and Warren Buffet had that passion to succeed and that is why we speak of them
highly.
 Academic: 23 years of formal education with specialisation in Economics in Undergraduate and
Postgraduate levels and MBA in Human Resource and Marketing.
 About MBA-Premier Institute: Completed my MBA from University of Madras. From my experience,
most of the companies prefer MBA’s from premier institutes, my view is, it is only the top 10% of ALL
the graduates in ALL the premier institutes get good placements and these top 10% can also be found
in other Institutes too, to substantiate further, the greats of Albert Einstein, Lakshmi Mittal , Ratan
Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani, etc., were not from any premier institutes but they set up BUSINESS
EMPIRES....I quote my strong views “Education is bookish and Experience is practical, both
complement each other, Experience helps in proper decision making as one would have
experienced a similar situation, whatever education one would have obtained unless one has
practical experience it would not be worth it”.
 Work Exp : 16 years of rich experience in Strategic Planning & Management, Market Research &
Analysis, Sales, Marketing and Brand Management, Launches & Promotions, Channel Management,
Key Account Management, facilities management, BPO (Back Office Operation), Human Resource,
Recruitment ,Training and Team Management across various Sectors. Even though I have around 15
years of experience , I am honest in admitting that I am still learning.

Learning Curve: My 16 years of experience in different organisation and sectors in various role has taught
me an important lesson that helped me to succeed, the most important thing is to understand the business
ethics apart from having sound and significant knowledge in the basic elements of Accounts, Marketing and
Human Resource, “it is not necessary that one must have background experience in any new assignment
but must have sound and strong knowledge in Accounts, Marketing, and Human Resource, As any new role
or new vertical would depend upon these important factors only.
For success of any new venture be it a small shop or a big multinational company, the key elements of
Marketing, Accounts and Human Resource needs to be STRENGTHENED as they determine the direction of
the balance sheet......to be more precise the below mentioned diagram would explain better ...................
My decade long expertise has MADE ME UNDERSTAND that the below details are very IMPORTANT factors
that determine the success.
For any successful Business Unit / Venture, be it any small shop /Big MNC’s/
Business Houses, these factors form the base of the organisation and balances it.
I probably feel that this concept was understood well by the great personalities
like Dhirubhai Ambani, Ratan Tata, Bajaj,Mittal .I feel considering the recent
recession where big US companies closed , it is piovtal to consider the knowledge
and experience rather than MBA premier institute TAG's.
As these base factor determines the direction and success of the business unit.
Learning Curve: My decade long expertise has made me learn one important lesson “COMMITMENT and
DEDICATION is important to be successful” be it any sector or verticals...”SINCERE COMMITTED EFFORT
ALWAYS SECURES SUPREME SUCCESS”.
HUMAN RESOURCE: This is
another important part of the
organisation as it involves
Recruitment, Staff Salary and
welfare, Leave, Training and
Development, Recruitment,
etc.. Administration, House
Keeping etc.
ACCOUNTS: This is the most important
department in any organisation.... It
determines whether the business is
making profit or loss, the vital inputs
from these department helps in cutting
cost, staff salary, new appointments,
marketing plan, strategies , etc,.
MARKETING: This is a vital
section of any venture; the
strength/weakness of this
department determines the
direction of the venture, as there
is cutthroat competition in the
market for most of the products.
This Marketing Dept than
branches out as sales, business
development, strategies etc.
