2. MY CURRENT WORK PROFILE -
BACKOFFICE EXCEPTIVE
I am working with Alpha Capital from since inception as 03 June 2011, there is
my work profile is an Backoffice exceptive. My responsibilities is below:-
Interacting with few clients and secretaries
Preparing Client’s portfolio, consolidation and updating monthly (Kunal
Jain, clients)
Maintaining regular communications with various AMCs executives for the
smother operations of our client’s transactions.
Updating of monthly Portfolio on monthly basis.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF
RAMLAKHAN
Follow-up with AMC for daily transaction.
Prepare account statement of all clients required by superior .
Update Share NAV on monthly basic and also update in Money
Control as required by superior.
6. PROCESS IN AN
ORGANIZATION
An organization has different departments. Each and
every department has their own process flow and
guidelines. Generally in finance Industry the
organization includes different process .But today I will
discuss on operation process. Operation process
consist of Front End work and Back End work.
7. FRONT END WORK:
Front end works deals with direct interaction with customer. In
ALPHA CAPITAL these roles are played by the partners and
frontend team. They deals with different customer acquire business
from them. Also they get new customer form the reference of
existing customers.
8. BACK END WORK
This is a very typical and very important work. This is the base of
customer service every body should be more careful about it. There
should be some guidelines and process flow to make process efficient.
Daily transaction and customer service is also part of the backend
work. It is a multistep process.
9. STEPS INVOLVED IN
TRANSACTION
Collection of transaction/application form.
Check and scrutinize the application forms and other supporting
documents.
Fill correct and appropriate information in the application form.
Submit the application form before cutoff time.
Follow up with AMC for the transaction submitted.
Maintain record of daily transaction both in soft and hard copy.
10. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Providing investment statements as required by investor time to
time
Preparing monthly portfolio report.
Resolving special query of our customer other then investments.
Doing insurance analysis for customers.
11. SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT
Some time we receive some high value transaction for some special
fund. There is some time limit. For example if we deposit the
transaction for xyz scheme before 2:00pm we will get today’s NAV. If
we deposit after 2:00 PM We will get next day NAV. In order to avoid
this type of problem we can make a list of the such fund and their
cutoff time for that day NAV.
12. SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT
For a fresh purchase from a corporate/company generally Mutual
fund ask for certified true copy of the MOA,BR & ASL, if we have
the copies of the above said documents we can attest them to avoid
rejection at the time of redemption.
