RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage effectively and efficiently the construction of electricity distribution system in
order to provide safe, reliable, cost competitive services to EPC’s target customers and earn
optimum returns.
Provide overall Leadership, Coordination, Guidance & Supervision of the operation of the
customer services Division in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.

least preliminary engineering, detailed design, material procurement, installation,
test and turn-up, and site and system acceptance.
6. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as
agreed with engineering and project management.
7. Compile summary documents, e.g. Construction Plan, management Summary and
Target Product Profile. Collect and include contributions of the Team.
8. Responsible for taking inputs from the Sr. Site Officials, Project Managers, Project
engineers & Supervisors to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
9. Establish and implement procedure for internal consultation to ensure that
information is transmitted and feedback obtained on activities and problem
encountered in the course of duty.
10. Manage and control the Division expenditure to ensure that it remains within
budgetary limits.
11. Implement effective system for completion of work and delivery of bills to
customers and materialization of the payments.
12. Evolve system to ensure that commercial losses or revenue leakages are either
avoided or reduced to the barest minimum.
13. Ensure that customer complaints are promptly addressed in a satisfactory and
efficient manner.
