Duties and Responsibility:-
 Study and Refer the tender drawings and given Specification from consultant end.
 Checking and Submitting Shop drawing and materials submittal for consultant review and approval.
 Procure the Materials as per the specification and Project requirement, Coordinating with Supplier
for the materials delivery.
 Conducting and attending site technical progress meeting with client, consultant and project team.
 Arranging the inspection request for work done in the site
 Installation of Normal Lighting , Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm System, Security System ,
telecommunication system and building management system.
 preparing operation maintenance manual at the time of project handover.
 Monitoring Project with respect to cost , resource deployment, time over runs and quality compliance
to ensure execution of project within the time & cost/budgeted parameters.
