MILLING OR 3D PRINTING ?
 We offer an alternative for 3D printing with important benefits :
 CNC machined parts are stronger than 3D printed parts and thus can be used as
functional parts : up to 80% of the strength of moulded parts
 CNC machined parts have more narrow tolerances : 0,1mm
 The cost for machined parts including shipping is equal to cheaper than 3D printed parts
 Larger parts out of 1 piece (1000mm x 600mm)
MACHINING OR MOLDING
 We can provide machined parts, cut from full block of material
 We calculate at which Quantity it will be more cost effective to produce an
injection moulds instead of CNC machining. For many parts this Qty can start at
+/- 70 pieces !
 We help to find the best solution : low cost moulds – normal moulds – high end
moulds

 Average mold manufacturing time : +/- 35 days
 Mold testing : first test run to determine if the part is conform the specification
 Often we need to do some minor adjustments before applying the surface texture
 Final mold test
 Sample shipping for quality acceptance
 Injection molding of the series
 Shipping of the plastic series per express or sea freight
