10. MILLING OR 3D PRINTING ?
We offer an alternative for 3D printing with important benefits :
CNC machined parts are stronger than 3D printed parts and thus can be used as
functional parts : up to 80% of the strength of moulded parts
CNC machined parts have more narrow tolerances : 0,1mm
The cost for machined parts including shipping is equal to cheaper than 3D printed parts
Larger parts out of 1 piece (1000mm x 600mm)
11. MACHINING OR MOLDING
We can provide machined parts, cut from full block of material
We calculate at which Quantity it will be more cost effective to produce an
injection moulds instead of CNC machining. For many parts this Qty can start at
+/- 70 pieces !
