The Performance Therapy and ‘Fluid engineering’ are registered models of
Source Code not to be used by any other agency nor by any individual for
solicitation of any kind.
SOURCE CODE 01
SOURCE CODE is an open
platform founded in 2006 for
professional trainers & learning
activists in the field of corporate
opportunity development, social
sciences, anthropological
advancement, and religious
awareness. Certified and
accredited speakers are also on
the panel of Source Code and
make up the team of over 50
years of accumulative training
and learning experience. This
panel sets the discipline for
every program and venture the
company embarks upon.
Knowledge acquired and shelved
is no knowledge acquired.
We relish on the fact of
transmitting practically possible
ideas & solutions.
If you don’t know the
SCIENCE
Don’t practice the
ART!
SOURCE CODE 02
Our purpose is to raise the standards of thought. We
believe that unless we raise the standards of thinking
there is no point of learning and development. The
rise and fall of a community or a nation pivots
around the standards it sets for its leaders of
thought before any other skill or expertise. The bi-
product of this purpose is the ability to replicate the
phenomenon of success and successors which
comes through our movement known as ‘The
Science of Things’, whereby we dismantle every skill
and find the phenomenon that works behind its very
origin.
SOURCE CODE 03
Sowing the seed of an idea just doesn’t do it
anymore. Nourishment through a ‘technique to
see to it that the tree stands strong and bear
the fruit representing much further growth is a
bare minimum’. We not only see to the
impeccable training sessions and drills but also
see to the implementation of the skills learnt in
the real world scenario. This tests the
practicality of the training we deliver.
Source Code ‘s unique perspective towards
learning is the deductive approach towards the
base concepts. Unless we teach the science
behind the skill and the effect of the skill there is
no way to replicate any performance. The
science behind the concept, the structure and
the effects of performance are also covered in
great detail for the participants to become able
to cascade the training further as well.
SOURCE CODE 04
SOURCE CODE aims to challenge the status
quo by taking people outside the class room
environments during any learning routine.
Classrooms are good for only a few people
by nature. Most of the people don’t learn
anything inside closed walls and a mono
tone routine of black boards and white
chalks. We split the learning molecule and
realize the different orbits every one of our
participants is revolving in unless there is
customization at the design phase of training
for every single participant, the very mode of
learning could become the most devastating
event for someone who is not naturally made
to learn in that environment. At Source
Code our psychological analysis done throug
h deep profiling ensembles the best method
for each individual and determines optimum
learning and actual development quotients b
efore the training begins. This method is not
only scientific, but the most natural way of hu
man learning.
SOURCE CODE 05
‘Source Code’s patented technique is to take people out of the class room and into the
performance zone. The therapy concept is to identify the most optimum learning modality
of the individuals, mapping the actual need of the skill and designing a project based on the
above two factors. After the first leg of the project Source Code takes on the bottom cluster
and does a thorough counselling and factor eradication which hinder performance. And the
top cluster is sent to the Source Code panel of industry leaders for a counselling and
therapy by the top leaders of the skill. Our panel consists of many industries and companies.

panel experts – counselling for strength
enhancement and exposure.
One on one Sessions; done on
both clusters
Group counselling- done on both
clusters
Monitoring & Assessment
Debriefing and re-training
on related expertise for the
project (if required)
To know the actual
science behind
great performance
To recreate
Leaders
To explore the most
logical perspective
behind gaining the
skill at hand
To enjoy learning
through many
different ways at the
same time to
ensure proper
penetration
To gain control over
your weaknesses in
learning and
deployment
To know how to
tackle internal
factors that hinder
the external
performance
through
counselling
To get involved
inside the process
rather than just be
a part of the
outcome.
To come out of the
classroom and be a
part of the make of
the skill.
To replicate great
performance
To cascade a
technique downstairs
rather than an
opinion.
To validate the
current paradigm of
performance
