One evening, John and his friends played football in his garden. His mother has warned him not to play

While they were playing, Daniel kicked the ball too hard. It hit and broke his neighbour’s window.
Upon hearing the noise, his neighbour rushed outside to see what happened.
She was shocked and angry to see her broken window. She scolded them for their wrongdoing. The
boys were very sorry for what they had done and apologized immediately. John regretted for not listening to
his mother. He learnt a valuable lesson. He promised not to repeat this wrongdoing again.

Dear Sam,
How are you? Hope you are healthy. Let me share with you some tips on how to spend money
wisely.
I follow ‘The 3S Principle’. The first ‘S’ is savings. I keep extra pocket money in a money box. It
is always good to save for rainy day. The second ‘S’ is spending wisely. You have to make a choice
between what you want and what you need. The last ‘S’ is sharing the money you have with others,
either through donation or buy presents for your loved ones.
I hope you find these tips useful. Bye.
Your friend,
Rosemary
