5. Céline Laugel has been a physics and chemistry
teacher for 20 years now, in a senior high school in
Erstein near Strasbourg. She has been a teacher in
the European class since its opening in 2010, where
all practical activities are led in English. She has
been participating in many European projects about
innovative practices in STEM (Scientix, Chain
Reaction, and 2 Erasmus+ projects with Rafa !!). She
has been Assignment Manager for Scientific Culture
at the Local Education Authority in Strasbourg since
2016.

Laura Fernández is a Chemistry Engineer teacher of
Technology and Maths. She is very interested in
making STEM appealing to students specially to
those with special needs and low achievers. She is
the winner of the STEM-Ahead Competition and has
won a Science on Stage award with her Matex
Project. She also never misses the annual Scientific
Weekend at the MUNCYT Museum.
