In-Vivo Imaging System
The FMT®
imaging system is the
leading platform for quantitating
a broad range of in vivo imaging
biomarkers, disease pathways
and therapeutic response levels in
vivo. The benefits of fluorescence
tomography over 2D planar fluorescence include the ability
to detect deeper fluorescent sources, improved localization of
functional biology, quantitation of fluorophore concentration
or cell number count, and co-registration with other
tomographic imaging modalities including bioluminescence,
MRI, PET, SPECT and CT. It provides internal calibrations for
PerkinElmer agents.
Quantum GX microCT Imaging
System
The Quantum GX microCT multispecies
imaging system provides high-resolution
images at an X-ray dose low enough
to enable true longitudinal imaging
capability. With scan times as low as
8 seconds, the Quantum GX supports
a workflow of up to 30 subjects per hour, with acquisition,
reconstruction, and 3D visualization in under one minute.
This imaging system also comes with a user-friendly software
package for advanced bone analysis, The Quantum GX is

Our Alpha Technology is part of a complete solution that

Alpha (amplified luminescent proximity homogeneous assay)
is a versatile, bead-based platform that gives you the power
to assay even the most complex samples – all in one well,
with no wash steps.
Choice of over 300 GPCR targets and ion channel cell lines
validated off the shelf are available. Our cell lines typically
have saturation and competition binding data along with at
least one functional assay (agonist/antagonist dose response
curve using reference ligands). Most suited for Academic

Lites Reagents for Cell-Based Assays:
Our lites are stored at 4°C which means they are ready to use
right away and provide good stability. They also don’t contain
