5. POLITICAL PARTY AND SYMBOL
• This is the main part of this project.
• In this part, we are covering all the details related
to party and its symbol:-
• Name.
• Establishing Date.
• Symbol.
• Name of the Party Head.
• Position of Party in Central and in state.

6. COMMITTEE
• Every party has various committees like Finance
Committee, Advertising Committee, Promotional
Activity Committee etc.
• In this part, we cover all the details related to
committee:-
• Committee Name.
• Head of Committee.
• Work.
• Members of Committee.

7. CANDIDATE AND MEMBER
• Every party has lots of Members among which
the candidates for various seats in any Election
can be chosen.
• In this part, we cover all the details related to
members as well as candidate:-
• Name.
• Area.
• Joining Date.
• Seat name (if he is a candidate)

8. DONATION AND DONATORS
• Every party need money for taking part in the
Elections. The source of getting the money is only
Donation which is given by various donators.

Donation and Donators:-
• Donor name.
• Amount donated.
• Receipt Number.
• Mode of Payment.
• Date and Time of Donation.

9. SPENDING
• Every party spend its funds on the Election
and on various promotional activities.
• In this part, we cover all the details about the
Spending:-
• Area of Spending.
• Committee name who spent the money.
• Amount Spend.
• Account Confirmation No.

• Hardware Requirement:-
a. A minimum 1 GB of RAM and 3 GB of hard drive.
b. Pentium processor (minimum).
c. Screen resolution of at least 800x600 is required for
proper and complete.
d. Viewing of screens.
• Software Requirement:-
a. Framework 2.0.
b. SQL server 2005 express edition(minimum).
c. Windows XP or higher version or Linux system(any).
