Andrea began her own coaching consulting business
in 2013 when it became obvious that a person's strengths and passions

2. should be married to form their life path, and she began fostering
successful careers in others by teaching them how to do so. She is a
career and entrepreneurial coach, assisting business owners in
marketing and branding startups. The Next Step Solution, LLC is all
about coaching individuals and groups to foster self-sustaining
confidence and direction. More than anything, Andrea will tell you she
has a fire and passion for helping females of all ages love themselves and
harness their best to receive their best -- in whatever they pursue!
Andrea has over 20 years of administrative and process management
experience, over 30 years of facilitating/coaching/training experience,
and over three years corporate experience with hiring managers of all
levels, not to mention three years of entrepreneurial experience.
Andrea's priorities are operating within the will of God, her marriage of
11 1/2 years, her six children, her two grandchildren, and
building/rebuilding females of all ages
