General manager. In charge of four outlets The Scarlet restaurant (breakfast restaurant), the
scarlet lounge, banquets and catering with four meeting rooms one that fits for 80 people,
room service, mini bar, and room amenities (running the daily operation and needs for all
outlets and staff, preparing all the events, functions, and requisitions needed for the outlets
along with their schedules) also responsible for coordinating the daily operational needs and
aspects with other departments (sales, finance, kitchen, housekeeping and front office, and
human resources), in terms of trainings, sales meetings, cutting costs, decreasing losses and
ways in increasing revenue, new menu launching, and generating new promotions and ideas

Assistant Manager In Charge of Hemingway’s bar and cigar lounge one of Beirut’s leading
cigar lounges including its terrace with the capacity of 200 guests outdoors and 50 indoors, a
24/7 lounge with an international menu 1st of December 2011 till 20th of October.
Assistant Manager in Bourj Al Hamam Restaurant stayed for one month with the same

chill out lounge.

operational and logistics aspects of the department including revenue generation &
enhancement development plans (preparing internal training programs, executing revenue
generating ideas, concept and creation of new food lines, re-engineering mini-bar menu &
concept in reducing money loss)winter 2007 to 2011. After which, promoted to Assistant
Manager.
