I standardized the return merchandise authorization (RMA) program
within the technical department and I was responsible for tracking
credit, payment, purchases of defective and active computer peripheral
devises on a daily basis. I was promoted to RMA specialist and was
responsible for constructing and organizing new return merchandise
authorization (RMA) departments around the country.
