 WORK EXPERIENCE:
He held Senior Management Positions in different Co-operative Sector and
Private Sector Organisations handling HR and commercial functions. He spent
about 8 years in NDDB's Milk and Edible Oil Co-operative Projects.
He headed the HR Function of FENA Detergents, New Delhi focusing on the low
end of the Detergent Market, involving Manpower Planning, Performance
Management, Competence Mapping , HR MIS design and implementation,
Recruitment , Induction and Training.
Last, he worked as the Head of HR Division of Phoenix Shoes, New Delhi, an
Indian Company with global operations. He was instrumental in Organisation
Design, Recruitment & Training , HR MIS , Competence Assessment and
Analysis.

He worked as a Professor, at Institute for Integrated Learning in Management
(IILM), New Delhi and contributed to the process of Institution Building in the
first stage by developing Systems and Procedures to run the Institute.
