● Practical work conducted by a

rather than in a laboratory or office.
● Site-based consulting

what they do, how they do it, and

What do I do for my research paper?
● Choose an arguable and researchable topic - based
on your fieldwork & your product.
● Use narrow topic to formulate a position
statement:
○ Re-evaluating a city’s water infrastructure
yearly should be mandatory.
● You will create an annotated bibliography to
evaluate credible sources surrounding your topic.
● The 4-6 page argumentative paper is completed in
English IV
● It counts toward the Senior Experience and as a
grade in your English IV class.

What is my Exhibition?
● 8-10 minutes presentation with a five-minute Q
& A.
● Include a multimedia presentation component
(movie, slide show, etc.) to showcase your
senior expedition.
● You will coordinate the date, time, and location
for the exhibition and invite your adviser, one
community member, and one additional
teacher
● Students are required to attend 3 peer
exhibitions and evaluate each performance and
senior experience.
