Job Responsibility:-
 Maintenance of on-line analyzers and sampling systems including trouble
shooting of failures validation and calibration to retain them in functional and
good operating order for reliable performance.
 Preventive maintenance (calibration) of all analyzers and update the
calibration sheets
 Corrective maintenance of all analyzers (replace the faulty sensors, cards
etc.)
 Daily inspection of all analyzers sample point pressure, flow, and temperature
etc.
 Replace the carrier gas and calibration cylinders for GC and other analyzers.
 Break down jobs (emergency jobs during plant running.)
 Shutdown & Turnaround activities such as isolation of all sample points,
overhaul GC analyzers, replace the filters in primary and secondary sampling
boxes, Inspection, and cleaning of sample probes, check the gas detector
alarms, tripping, and deluge system operations etc.
 PM Job, Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of all Instruments.
 Check & rectify the problem of sampling conditioning boxes such as leak, flow
struck up, replace the micron filters, check valves and box temperature
problems.
 Installation & commissioning of sampling system of Analyzer Instruments such
as Gas chromatograph, moisture and Oxygen controllers.

4.  Loop checks and pre commissioning of all instrumentation systems.
 Provide support to the service engineer/vendor in troubleshooting,
inspection/repair, design changes and modifications to the control systems.
 Gained the knowledge about Health, safety and Environment (HSE) and
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Process plant
