We negotiate with builders to give complete justice to the property price with respect to
finalizing it

Assisting our client in every documentation and paper work that is needed in finalizing the
dream home

Assisting our client in every aspect of registration

Interpretation:
Among 65 channel partner only 2 were registered under NAAR , 1
under EAAP, 2 under other.
FINDINGS
 Total channel partners covered 80, Out of which 65 channel
partners have shown interest.
 Out of 65 channel partner only 35 channel partner have filled
the form and remaining are ready to work with us.
 Total leads generate 18 customer
( A) Through online 4 customer
(B) Through offline 14 customer
 Only 20% (16 broker) of the channel partners are aware about
the company.
 Many broker wants 3% - 4% of commission.
 Issue of brokerage money demanded by broker in cash over
cheque.
 Most of the channel partner are area bounded.
 Many channel partner are uneducated.
RECOMMENDATION
 Whenever any channel partner gives lead he/she needs to be updated about
the progress on regular basis or else he will lose out interest and will not
send further leads.
 Premium Channel partners are needed to be in constant touch with either
regular follow ups or visits. These channel partners are highly capable of
giving good business to the company but needs push.
 Each of the interested channel partners should be given a login id and
password so that they can maintain their records and can stay more active
with the group.
 Company should not completely depend on channel partner .
 Frequently add post in quikr , olx, magic bricks, 99 acres for generate
leads
 Nesting dream should organize a meet of all interested and potential
channel partner.
