Agency Debit Memos Analysis
Research the debit memos that we receive from the Airlines and
ensure that they are valid or invalid.
Dispute any invalid debit memos with the Airlines.
Dispute any debit memos with the GDS if the tickets were
issued auto priced or if the tickets were Auto reissued.
Submit payments to the airlines if we determine that the debit
memos are valid.
Create monthly report on the recovery debit memos.
Recover the most money for the company when we receive a
debit memo from the airlines.

Audit Airlines tickets.
Ensure that the travel agencies are following the Airlines tickets
