Agency Debit Memos Analysis
 Research the debit memos that we receive from the Airlines and
ensure that they are valid or invalid.
 Dispute any invalid debit memos with the Airlines.
 Dispute any debit memos with the GDS if the tickets were
issued auto priced or if the tickets were Auto reissued.
 Submit payments to the airlines if we determine that the debit
memos are valid.
 Create monthly report on the recovery debit memos.
 Recover the most money for the company when we receive a
debit memo from the airlines.
