Discover Your Voice
&
Unopened Birth Gifts
Each individual is born with the potential to be
great. What you do with this potential is up to you.
You must remembered that the more you use and
expand your present talents, the more capacity you
are given and the greater your ability becomes.
Discover Your Voice
&
Unopened Birth Gifts
Discover Your Voice
Voice is The Unique Personal Significance.
To find your Voice mean to engage in work that
genuinely taps your talent and fuel your passion.
Your Voice is the right thing to do with your
passion.
Your Voice is what you have to say to the world
make it worth hearing.
UNOPENED BIRTH GIFTS
Birth Gifts are certain qualities or characteristics from
the time of birth.
We were given magnificent Birth Gifts Talents,
Capacities, Privileges, Intelligences, Opportunities
That would remain largely Unopened except through our
own Decision and Effort.
Latent and undeveloped , the seeds of greatness were
planted.
1. Freedom And Power To Choose
2. Principles Or Natural Laws
3. The Four Intelligences
Our Three Most Important Unopened Gifts
Freedom And Power
To Choose
First Gift
1-Freedom And Power To Choose
Our past, Our genes, the way other have treated us
these influence us but don’t determine us.
We are product of choice not nature nor nurture.
Humans act, animals and human robots react.
Humans can make choices based on their values.
Stimulus Freedom
to choose
Response
Between stimulus and response there is a space where
we choose our response. In our response lies our growth
and our freedom.
Your power to choose the direction of your life allows
you to reinvent yourself, to change your future and to
powerfully influence the rest of creation.
What type of Freedom of
Choice do I Have ?????
Principles Or Natural
Laws
Second Gift
2-Principles Or Natural Laws
Principles are universal.
 They go beyond culture and geography.
 They are also timeless.
 They never change .
Principles are such as fairness, kindness, respect,
honesty, integrity, service and contribution.
Natural laws:
law of Gravity, Rising &fall of
sun,
Natural authority is the dominion of natural laws.
You can not ignore natural laws, And you have no
choice but to operate by them.
All action have consequences. Like it or not when we
pick up one end of the stick we pick of the others
Gravity controls if you jump off a ten story building
you cant change your mind at the fifth story
Natural and Moral Authority
Moral Authority
It is the principled use of our freedom and power to choose.
In other words if we follow principles in our relationship with each
other, we tap into permission of nature.
Just as you get bad air and bad water when you consistently
violate the environment, Trust is spoiled when you are dishonest
and unkind to peoples.
Humble use of freedom and power, the humble person obtains
moral authority with peoples, culture, organizations and entire
societies.
Values v/s Principles
Values are social norms. They are personal, emotional, subjective
and arguable.
All of us have values. Even criminals have values.
The question you must ask yourself is , Are your values based upon
principles?
Principles are natural laws. They are impersonal, factual, objective,
and self evident.
Consequences are governed by principles and behavior is governed
by values therefore value principles.
The Four
Intelligences
Third Gift
3-The Four Intelligences/Capacities Of Our Nature
Following four intelligences represent our third birth gift.
1) Physical or body intelligences (PQ).
2) Mental intelligences (IQ).
3) Emotional intelligences (EQ).
4) Spiritual intelligences (SQ).
1-Physical or body intelligences (PQ)
It runs your respiratory,
circulatory, nervous and
other vital system.
Physical or body intelligences (PQ)
It constantly scanning its environment destroying
diseased cells and fighting for survival.
Incredible system, 7 trillion cells necessary just to
turn a page (physical and biochemical reaction)
Question..?
When was the last time you reminded
Your heart to beat.
Your lungs to expand and contract.
Your digestive organs to secrete just the right
chemicals at just the right time.
Physical or body intelligences (PQ)
Body heals itself. Medicine simply facilitates healing
and may remove obstacles but it can also create
obstacles if it works contrary to body intelligences.
Brilliant piece of machinery. Our capacity to act on
our thoughts and feelings and to make things happen is
unmatched by any other species in the world.
2-Mental intelligences (IQ)
Our ability to
Analyze
Think abstractly
 Visualize
Reason
Use language
Comprehend
Your IQ Test
3-Emotional intelligences (EQ)
Emotional intelligence is one’s self knowledge, self
awareness social sensitivity, empathy, and ability to
communicate successfully with others.
Emotional intelligences (EQ)
It is the sense of timing and social appropriateness and
having the courage to acknowledge weakness and express
and respect differences.
Emotional intelligence (EQ)
Emotional intelligence is more accurate determinant of
successful communications, relationships and
leadership than is mental intelligence.
For example:
A person may be a ten on ten point IQ scale but
emotionally score only a two, and not know how to
relate well with others.
4-Spiritual intelligences (SQ)
It is our conscience.
SQ is our drive for meaning and connection with infinite:
allows us to dream and to strive.
We use this to develop our longing and our capacity for
meaning, vision and value.
It is in essence what makes us human.
Spiritual intelligences (SQ)
Spiritual intelligence is the central and most
fundamental of all the intelligences because it
becomes the source of guidance of other three.
Spiritual Intelligence being the higher of our
capacity
The spirit of man is the candle of lord.
Developing the Four Intelligences Capacities
Are we basically a product of nature (our genes ) or of nurture
(Our upbringing and Environmental condition)?
Are leaders born or made , meaning environmentally
conditioned and trained?
Must you develop all four capacities or intelligences?
What about Retirement?
Thank You
