Working with others to perfect our investment plan was very beneficial. As we work to be the best teachers for our students it is important that we
take the time to explain to students what we are working toward and why. Goal setting allows students to understand the purpose of all tasks and to
also be investing in the content. As the readings were very valuable and presented many data collection and analysis tools, I believe I pushed my
teammates to incorporated student voice more often. As Ashlee is working toward students being able to make personal connections to the BigGoal, I
suggested that she have an initial discussion around students' personal connections to the "why." This would allow her to talk less and allow students
to ask meaningful and clarifying questions as Joel (2007) states. In addition, Nikola looks for her students to be able to state where they are
individually in relationship to the Big Goal. As she incorporates the student progress chart Marzano (2009) discusses, I challenged her to meet with
students individually to set personal goals. These two articles were most impactful throughout my planning and review of group members' plans this
week. I hope that my feedback was meaningful and added quality items to include in my group members' investment plans, which help them as teachers

I 'm not perfect, but I 'm becoming the best possible version of myself. At first I was very ashamed of myself, for multiple reasons, but mainly

It was my first time ever at Ichiban, a Japanese Steakhouse restaurant. The hostess sat my family and I down in front of a grill where someone was

The name of the book that this report describes is The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This story takes place in New York City in the summer of
1922. This time period is often referred to as "The Roaring Twenties," which was the good time in the United States before the crash of the stock

Throughout time there have been lots of new inventions which have both hindered and helped everyday life with humans. There are many different
possible world's greatest inventions because they have all helped out humankind in some way, some more than others.

I believe that the use of electricity in healthcare is more important than the use of penicillin because of the x–rays, MRI scans, life support machines,
cat scans, ultrasound, surgery lighting, heart rate monitors, incubators and loads of other much needed specialist equipment. This equipment has over
the years helped to save millions of lives and although penicillin helps to treat the odd few illnesses it doesn't help to run a well equipped hospital
which saves even more lives with the billions of people who visit a hospital every year.
Without electricity there would be no light and it would constantly be dark from around 4pm ever day. This would restrict most people from doing
things because as soon as it was dark they would have to go to bed because there would be no lighting. Nobody could go out after dark as there
would be no street lights on the roads and houses would have to be lit by candle light which wouldn't give of the strength of light that a light bulb
does now. Yet again it would be exactly like living in the dark ages.
