 Leading a Project Management Group involved in manufacture of critical equipment for the Nuclear Power sector.
 Identifying business partners and suppliers and creating strategic alliances to mitigate competition, reduce input
costs and offset the need for large capital investments.
 Undertaking activities like raising PR, ordering & reconciling bulk items.
 Following up with various divisions to ensure fabrication & erection sequence as per the planned schedule.
 Looking after activities right from conceptualization to execution including finalization of technical specifications,
scheduling, progress monitoring, material procurement, etc.
 Preparing & monitoring schedules with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance
to ensure timely execution of projects.

Highlights:
 Given the sole responsibility of “Hot pullout technology development project” for BARC, right after confirmation in L&T’s
nuclear division.
 Instrumental in on time delivery of Steam Generator equipment for India’s first indigenously developed Prototype fast
breeder nuclear reactor.
 Given the sole responsibility of 32P-Canister orders from Areva-TN and was successful in meeting the customer
expectations in terms of quality of the equipment and timely execution of the project.
 Currently looking after project execution and planning activities for Dry shielded Canisters for AREVA-TN, USA.
