The document describes the accounting process in 7 steps: 1. Financial transactions are recorded in journals. 2. Journals are then posted to ledgers. 3. Trial balances are generated from the ledgers. 4. Income statements and balance sheets are prepared along with adjusting and closing entries. 5. Financial statements and closing entries are used to prepare the post-closing trial balance. 6. Reversing entries are made for temporary accounts. 7. A final adjusted trial balance is generated.

1. Right click the object.
2. Choose Group and then Ungroup.
3. Click beside the object and drag the arrow over it.

1. Select the shape to change the color and Right click the object( click any object which you
want to change color)
2. Choose Format Shape in the dialog box.
3. Choose “Fill” in the Format Shape box then “Solid” or “Gradient” depending on the
appearance of the object. Change colour as shown in the picture.
