Dalhousie case study

Dalhousie was a new brand of whisky being launched by Saraya Distilleries in Chandigarh. We
positioned the brand as a premuim Scotch. We created luxurious packaging which stood out on the
shelf amongst other reputed brands. We created a branding unit which was bold and would stand
out in the neon lights of Indian wine shops.
Royalty and fearlessness is engrained in every punjabi. This was the core of our design thought. The
roaring lion and the play of gold with deep red were all elements created in order to bring out these
intense emotions. A light ribbed pattern in the back added a smooth texture. In all, the design
looked like a beautiful, smooth blend......just like the scotch
