Introduction
O This project aims to provide software to car
rental servicing centre that maintains the
information about the customer details,
vehicle details, insurance details, driver
details, booking details and transaction details
of the customer.
O This System uses Microsoft Visual basic 6.0
an event driven and object oriented
programming as front-end and Oracle lOg as
back-end to provide a flexible, easy to use
environment.

OBJECTIVES
 Enhance Business Processes: To be able
to use internet technology to project the
rental company to the global world instead
of limiting their services to their local
domain alone, thus increase their Return
on Investment.
 Traveller’s registration: A registration
portal to hold traveller’s details, monitor
their transaction and used same to offer
better and improve services to them.

OBJECTIVES
 Group bookings: Allows the customer to
book space for a group in the case of
weeding or corporate parties or meetings.
 Eco-friendly: The monitoring of the vehicle
activity and the overall business becomes
easy and includes the least of paper work.
 Availability: The software acts as an office
that is open 24/7.
 Efficient: It increases the efficiency of the
management at offering quality services to
the customers.

was collected by preparing a questionnaire containing
questions relating problems face by Online Cab users
.this questionnaire was distributed among 106
Random People in Maharashtra.

work collected from various sources like journals,
research publications and web sites.

 In India, many people use online cab.
 There are different cab companies in India, but
customers only use some cab company cabs,
which include cab companies like Uber, Ola,
Meru Etc….
 Customers prefer to travel by public transport
or by own vehicle rather than by traveling in an
online cab.
 Many people travel by taxi at their convenience.
Travel there some days or once a month.

Finding
 People feel safe traveling in an online cab.
 People traveling by cab of online cab company
are very friendly.
 The online cab delivers on time and in the
right place.
 Some Customers like to talk to an online cab
driver and some don’t like.
 Some people find the cab Affordable and
some find it Expensive.

SUGGESTION
 Security of ladies Passengers should be
increase.
 Driver should know the shortcuts of destination
point.
 Online transaction and card payment also
available for passenger.
 Reduce Driver Downtime.
 Allow scheduled pick-ups.
 Create Loyalty Programs.
 Own Local Event Recommendations.
