application and supporting documents within deadline limits per semester to ensure their

 Admissions and Enrollment, Financial Aid, Advising and Counseling, Testing, Transcripts and other
college related inquires pertaining to GPC
 Walk students through step by step for GPC Online Application – Ga411 Account Creation
 Informing students, parents, High school counselors, Military representatives and such of
required documents for college admissions for their students
 Provide detail explanation of website information relating to college admissions process
 Provide overall excellent customer service college-wide
Perimeter College
Mail Center Operations: December 1996 – June 2014
Duties and Responsibilities
 Manage, train and supervise new employees and student assistants in the Mail Center
 Assist administration, faculty, staff, students and visitors regarding outgoing/incoming mail
 Process, sort, distribute and forward outgoing and incoming interoffice mail from the campuses
 Operate Hasler IM-480 Mailing Machine- some training on Hasler IM6000
 Meter 1st
Class USPS mail, Presort mail, Certified mail, Registered mail , Express Mail and Priority Mail
for pickup by U.S.P.S. courier
 Sort and distribute U.S.P.S. incoming mail
 Receive, log-in and coordinate distribution of courier delivered mail- UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx
