Dear Brandon T. Green:
Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that you have been admitted into the BS/OSM program effective
04/28/2016 with a condition of successful completion of the University Orientation workshop (identified as
UNIV/100 or UNIV/101).
University of Phoenix requires individuals that indicate completion of less than 24 previous college credits on their
admissions application to successfully complete a University Orientation workshop as a condition of admission
to University of Phoenix.
Potential students who are required to take the University Orientation workshop must successfully complete
the University Orientation workshop prior to proceeding into coursework for their degree program. It is an
operational procedure of the University to allow UNIV participants two attempts to successfully complete
orientation workshops. After a second unsuccessful attempt, participants are required to sit out for a period of
six months after the last posted attendance in the second attempt. Once successful completion of the orientation
workshop occurs the condition will be satisfied and your record will be updated.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you success at University of Phoenix as you pursue your academic
endeavors.
Sincerely,
Devin Andrews
Vice President, Office of Admissions & Evaluation
