• Corporate debt is at record 75% of GDP
• Corporate defaults tracking towards 20%
• 85% of company rent is already in default
• Collapses will occur sector by sector

Behaviour changes
The Covid19 response to the pandemic has made us feels our common
humanity, allowing us to recognize our shared story, oneness and
humanity
Our experiences are helping to re-order priorities and values - back to
what really matters for each of us.
New practises eg consulting with doctors online and other digital
platforms will change behaviours fundamentally.
Cities housing their homeless – why not continue?
People are now beginning to see that the world will continue on,
hopefully healthier, wiser, more compassionate, and better prepared.
