It is currently 8 o'clock on a chilly Tuesday morning. I'm sitting in the schools library making a new to–do list for this week. Most of the students I
know are still in bed sleeping, which of course I wish I could be doing too. However, as weeks are long and the days are shorter, there is much to be
done in such little time. For me, I like to get ahead of the ball game so I'm not in a sticky situation in the end. I believe the best way to success is
having a plan and then sticking on the right path to get there. That is how I manage everything I do.
John Wooden once said, "Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self–satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are
capable of becoming." I believe I deserve this scholarship because I work hard and put my best effort in everything I do. It is not whether I become
