Leadership
Who is leader?
A leader is someone who can see how things can be improved
and who rallies people to move toward that better vision.
Leaders can work toward making their vision a reality while
putting people first. Leaders will think intellectual. Leaders are
not necessary to be superiors, in a pressure situation who can
act neutral, who can able to lead their team at critical
situations they are leaders.
How to become Leader?
That's little tough. Still I've collected some theoretical information's
and wanted to share it to you all.
A. Take Responsibility
B. Prioritize Collaboration
C. Be Humble
D. Never stop improving
E. Lead by example
F. Try New Things
G. Know your limits
Take Responsibility:
When you prove that you take responsibility even when thinner are
go wrong. People will respect you and see you in you in leadership
role.
Prioritize Collaboration:
The business world is competitive, but that doesn’t mean you can’t
collaborate. In fact, collaborations can often create more inspiring
results with a larger audience base.
Be Humble
Don’t be a credit hog. Sharing the spotlight is one of the best ways to
get people in your pocket who are willing to bat for you in the future.
Never Stop Improving
The Japanese word, Kaizen, embodies this mindset of continuous
improvement. Focus on getting better every day in both the little
things and the big things
Lead by Example
If you talk the talk but don’t walk the walk, your peers won’t take
you seriously. Practice what you preach and you’ll find that you are
much more respected at your workplace.
Try New Things
Do you have a new idea on how to improve your company? Do
some exploring — start your idea as small side project and you may
be surprised to find it soon transforms into a fully funded part of
your company’s business plan.
Know Your Limits
One of the most important characteristics of a good leader is
knowing when to say “No.” If you take on too many
responsibilities, you will do all of them much worse than if you
focus on a select few. Be smart about the workload you take
on and you’ll reap the benefits.

Be Humble Don’t be a credit hog. Sharing the spotlight is one of the best ways to get people in your pocket who are willing to bat for you in the future.
