Preparing account reconciliation and explain the variance and aging line items to controller.
Prepared and Posting monthly journal entries to record fixed asset activity
Interacted with vendor to resolve invoices discrepancies and researched past due balances
Handling the vendor queries. Related reconciliation.
Reconciling the vendor statement on the request of the vendor, and find out the errors and take necessary
action and communicating same to the vendor
