 Preparing monthly MIS Report includes cash flow, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, summarizing production
activity, ageing analysis of debtors/creditors, trading & profit and loss account & the balance sheet.
 Timely completion & closure of month-end activities.
 Preparing & posting journal entries.
 Handling salary schedule including allowances, over-time and deductions.
 Handling bank entries includes cash and cheque deposit/ withdrawals.
 Preparation, sending invoices & the SOA’s to the customers and following up for timely payments.
 Doing Reconciliation and releasing the supplier payments.
