  • 8. Benefits/ Purpose of limitation Exercise: Finding the benefit of the limitation. Thanking the limitation for keeping you safe Sending love to the part of you that believes in the limitation

  • 10. Overcoming Limitations What do you want, that seems difficult to achieve: what are the thoughts, feelings you get when you think about having what you desire? what are the physical sensations? Are there any images associated with it?
  • 12. Moving Hands Exercise: Place the image on the palm of your partner. After each sequence of movements: bring the palm into the centre and ask: ❖ What is different ❖ What has changed? How do you feel after the exercise?
