This letter is written as a recommendation on behalf of Lifetouch National School Studios
regarding the work they have done over the past years at Selma High School for our students,
staff and parents. Having worked with several companies over my thirty-four years in
education, I can state that Lifetouch has provided outstanding service and quality compared to
other companies in the business.
In addition to considering prices for services, it is important to also consider the customer
service one will receive after the contract is signed. I have found that Lifetouch was always very
accommodating and willing to assist us with any needs including last minute details that
needed attention. The representative assigned to our school was always readily available by
phone or email and responded in a timely matter to insure that all of our needs were met.
Throughout the years with Lifetouch, we always felt that the company was here to serve us and
we never felt like just another customer being serviced by just another vendor.
The importance of one-on-one contact with the site representative aas well as with an account
manager or higher is something that Lifetouch provides. It was refreshing to have a chance to
meet and talk directly with an account manager or higher even when there were no issues to
resolve. You can be assured that Lifetouch will be a full service company for all of your needs
beyond what is outlined in a contract. I never hesitated to contact Lifetouch for any issue no
matter how small as I knew that the issue would be given their utmost attention.
I would give Lifetouch National School Studios my highest recommendation as a provider for
photography services in any school district. You will find the quality of their work along with
their dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service unmatched when compared to
other companies.
