1. To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter to recommend my former employee, Emma Beck, to the opportunity that
is available. Emma was my employee at the Hall of Fame Fitness Center Grille from May 2014
to August 2015. She would be a great addition due to her wide range of skills.
She is very loyal, dependable, hard working, and thorough yet she completes task in a timely
manner. Moreover, Emma excels in coming up with innovative ideas, multitasking, customer
service, and organization. She can always find better ways to do her job more efficiently and
people love her friendliness and patience that she provides with each customer. Customers would
specifically request her due to how well she could handle people no matter what was going on or
how busy we were.
Emma would be great for this opportunity because of the skills and characteristics she represents.
She works extremely well with anyone and picks up on new things quickly. Additionally, she
faces adversity with an outstanding attitude and quickly fixes whatever problem comes her way.
From being under stocked to frustrated customers, Emma handled all these things quickly and
with grace. As her previous manager I give Emma Beck my highest recommendation for this
opportunity. If you would like to further contact me please feel free.
Sincerely,
Karen Mooney
