Hi All,
I would really like to thank both BB Nissan Silverton and BB Ford Menlyn and all the staff involved, for the outstanding service they have provided to both my Dad and I
with the purchase of 2 Vehicles.
Sales Team that worked with us:
• Pieter Cronje – BB Nissan Silverton
• Linda – BB Nissan Silverton
• Kevin Engelbrecht – BB Ford Menlyn
• Stephen Wales – BB Ford Menlyn
I would like to especially commend Pieter Cronje on a job well done. For the first time in years that I’ve walked into a Car Sales shop and was greeted by a Salesman that
really wanted to sell a car, we initially only went into Nissan to look at trading in one car for a new NP200 and ended up walking away with 2 cars, even though 1 of them
was NOT a Nissan. After countless tries from Pieter to convince us to go Nissan, and I must admit I had started to consider it, he “Made a Plan” to get us the car we
wanted, in his words, “If you want a Kuga, I will get you a Kuga!”. This to me shows that Pieter is not only looking out for his and Nissans best interests, but also those of
the Group. He shows enthusiasm in trying to provide the best service to his customers in making sure he tries to meet their every need, he was with us every step of the
way keeping us informed every day, sometimes more than once on the progress of the deals.
Linda & Stephen, were also fantastic, dealing with my 101 questions and always getting back to me in record time with the right answers, I appreciate all the efforts.
Kevin for the fantastic handover and support, was the most fun I had in taking delivery of a car.
And then to both Nissan and Ford for the brilliant collaboration in selling me the “Nissan” Kuga. ☺
