2016 KRIHS-WBG/OLC Blended Learning Workshop on
Sustainable Urban Land Use Planning and Management

The Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (“KRIHS”) and the World Bank Group/Open
Learning Campus (“WBG/OLC”) are pleased to invite you and other distinguished officials to the
blended learning workshop on Sustainable Urban Land Use Planning and Management, which will be
held in Seoul, Korea from May 30th
through June 2nd
, 2016.
This workshop is being provided to extend the learnings from the OLC’s e-course on Sustainable
Urban Land Use Planning and Management, Land Readjustment and Land Market Assessment, as
well as to enhance networking among the e-course alumni through a face-to-face setting.
The workshop will be composed of lectures, site visits, and group work to offer participants many
opportunities to discuss their challenges, latest developments and good practices in urban land use
planning and management.
Costs for the program, including economy flights, accommodations, and related local expenses
incurred during the stay in Korea, will be arranged and covered by KRIHS and WBG/OLC.
