This document compares the pros and cons of a Real Property Administrator (RPA) inspection versus a Market Center Administrator (MCA) inspection for a home. An RPA inspection identifies fewer potential problems with the home and evaluates only major systems, while an MCA inspection provides more thorough evaluation of all home components and automatically includes additional inspections. The MCA inspection identifies more issues that may require repairs before the home can be accepted into a relocation company's inventory.
