Editor's Notes

  1. 1. I’ve changed the size of the slides. Made it 16:9. It gives us more space to design and write. The presentation part actually doesn’t suffer since it’s still big even though your screen is 4:3. You do that in Design>Page Setup>Choose Size. 2. The circles that you see on the left have set the colour tone and act as elements which don’t really do much for fucntionality but remain there to add that extra zest to the ppt which makes it look designed.
  2. Here I’ve made one circle. Copied it twice. Now to do that perfectly we have three ways. 1. Right click on the object/element and drag it. As soon as you drop it, it’ll ask if you want to move it or copy it. Choose copy. 2. Click on the element and press Ctrl+D. It’ll make a copy. On top of it and you can move it wherever. 3. This is how I do it. Select the object > Press Ctrl + Left click on the object > Drag it wherever you want while you keep holding CTRL and mouse click. The moment you release the click. It’ll make a copy. Then you can also release the CTRL key. Pro Tip: Additionally holding the SHIFT key while dragging the object in method 1 and 3 will drag it in a horizontal and vertical straight line. So that won’t have to worry if they are in line.
  3. The picture you see moving are gifs. They will end with the extension .gif. You can search these kinda images by adding gif after your search keyword. For eg. Minions gif, Clock gif etc.
  4. Make sure the colour of the fonts remain the same. Here the e.g. was in red. Changed it.
